May 1, 1998 Karim Kassab resigns from Laser And Lighting Design as General Manager and takes a two month exploratory period to examine direction of career. |

July 4 , 1998 d.b.a. Kreative Media Associates is formed for the purpose of contracting lighting and special effects design work and to begin researching a niche market for its specialized services. |

Summer, 1998 Kreative Media Associates begins to form an alliance with several small businesses to strengthen its services. Some of those companies are Bungalow Red, Chandler Consulting Group, Digital Construction Studios, Image Burners, and Audio Digital. |

Fall, 1998 7 Course Theatre, Stratego, and Spectrum Entertainment Concepts come on board as clients and begin awarding d.b.a. Kreative Media Associates several major contracts. |

January 1, 1999 d.b.a. Kreative Media Associates becomes Kreative Media, Inc. and with it are born the five core disciplines of the company:
